NSW: Rees says no plans to demote senior ministers in reshuffle

New South Wales Premier NATHAN REES has denied reports he's planning to demote senior
ministers over mounting speculation of a leadership challenge.

Mr REES says all ministers have his support .. including Primary Industries Minister
IAN MACDONALD and Police Minister TONY KELLY who are reported to be plotting to install
Health Minister JOHN DELLA BOSCA as leader.

Mr REES has told Fairfax radio he won't be reshuffling to punish anyone.

He says the omission of a news conference with Mr DELLA BOSCA from the official government
notification list today is an error.
